The project concerns the construction of α twelve-store loft complex that we constructed on behalf of Athinais S.A., in Botanikos district of Athens.

Our contract included the design, the fabrication and the installation of the anchors, the prefabrication of the steel structure, the fire-resistant finishing coating of all metal components, the erection, as well as the supply and installation of permanent formwork for the slab casting.

The weight of the metal components of the project amounted to seventeen hundred tons, while the total surface created was ten thousand square meters. The construction time required for the project was fifteen months. An important feature of the project was the fact that the new buildings were created on top of the existing concrete buildings which were preserved.
